At Creating a Serene Retreat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sanctuary; if a product doesn't bring you peace, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. We aim to make the return process as calming and straightforward as the spaces you are building.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
